Life Lived Healthy: Starts Wednesday January 14th!

This four-part series will focus on healthy lifestyle management. This class will help you find your focus, establish your wellness goals and create a plans that FITS your life. We will concentrate on what is important to you and what you need to build a better balance in your life. Each class will include discussions such as creating healthy habits, mindful eating, stress management and food, weight and wellness, and fitness goal setting. This series will give you the tools you need to begin making better choices leading to a Life Lived Healthy!
