Let's be honest...being a mom is tough, tiring and can be downright hard at times, although there are so many wonderful moments ....#momlife is not always easy.


I know what you're thinking another 'group'. Who has time for a group when I don't even have time to do laundry or take a shower for that matter?!
Trust me, I hear ya sister! I know how you feel. I felt the exact same way.I was stressed, overwhelmed and just couldn't keep up!
What I found was that I needed this! The support, motivation and encouragement of others mom who were feeling the EXACT same way... I learned how to make more time for the things I needed to do and more importantly WANTED to do.


If I don't make time to take care of me and try to be my best self, how am I going to be the best mom possible for my kids?
Ya know what I mean?
Makes sense, right?
